End User License Agreement (EULA)
Welcome to Dubai Rizz! By accessing or using our mobile application (“App”), you agree to comply with and be bound by this End User License Agreement (the “Agreement”). Please read it carefully.

Definitions and Key Terms
To make everything as clear as possible, the following terms have specific meanings in this Agreement:

App: Refers to the Dubai Rizz mobile application.
Company: Refers to Dubai Rizz, also referred to as “we,” “us,” or “our.”
Country: Refers to the United Arab Emirates, where Dubai Rizz is headquartered.
Service: The services provided by Dubai Rizz as detailed within the App.
Third-party Service: Advertisers, sponsors, and partners whose services or products may be accessible through the App.
You: Refers to the person or entity using the App.

Payment Terms
By purchasing any subscription or other paid service through the App, you agree to the following terms:

All payments are processed securely through third-party payment processors (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store). Dubai Rizz does not store or process your payment details directly.
Prices for subscriptions or services are displayed in your local currency and include any applicable taxes unless stated otherwise.
All purchases are final and non-refundable, except as required by applicable law or at the sole discretion of Dubai Rizz.

Auto-Renewal Policy
Subscriptions purchased through the App are auto-renewing by default. By purchasing a subscription, you agree to the following:

Your subscription will automatically renew at the end of the current billing period unless you cancel it.
Your account will be charged for renewal within 24 hours prior to the end of the current subscription period at the rate applicable to your selected plan.
You can manage or cancel your subscription at any time through your account settings on the platform where you made the purchase (e.g., Apple App Store or Google Play Store).
Canceling a subscription will prevent future charges, but you will retain access to the service until the end of the current billing period.

Content Moderation and Abuse Policy
Your use of the Dubai Rizz App is subject to the following content moderation policies. These policies are in place to maintain a respectful and safe environment for all users:
No Tolerance for Objectionable Content
Dubai Rizz has zero tolerance for objectionable content, including but not limited to, abusive, offensive, discriminatory, or illegal material. By using the App, you agree not to post, share, or distribute any such content. We reserve the right to take appropriate action, including the removal of objectionable content and termination of user accounts.

License
Dubai Rizz grants you a limited, non-exclusive, revocable license to:

(a) Install and use the App on a single mobile device per user license.
(b) Access and view materials made available through the App in accordance with this Agreement.
(c) Use the trial version for 15 days on any number of devices.

Restrictions
You agree not to:

Sell, rent, or distribute the App to any third party.
Modify, reverse engineer, or create derivative works based on the App.
Remove any proprietary notices, such as copyright or trademark labels.

Termination
Dubai Rizz may terminate your access to the App or your subscription if you violate these terms or engage in unauthorized activity. Termination does not entitle you to a refund for any prepaid fees.

Governing Law
This Agreement is governed by the laws of the United Arab Emirates.
