Dubai Rizz Privacy Policy
Welcome to the Dubai Rizz Privacy Policy (“Policy”)! This explains how we collect, store, protect, and share your information, and with whom we share it. We suggest you read this in conjunction with our Terms and Conditions of Use.
Whilst you’re enjoying the Dubai Rizz mobile application (including the desktop version) (“App”), our websites and microsites (such as Dubai-Rizz.com) or using our digital products and services (such as our competitions or surveys) (together, referred to in this Privacy Policy as our “Sites”), we collect some information about you. In addition, you may choose to use the App or Sites to share information with other users, including your friends and contacts (“Users”). We may also need to share your information sometimes.
The App and Sites are for Dubai area, and your information will be sent to and used in the United Arab Emirates. We will delete users information 60 days after they delete their account with us.

The App and Sites are operated by “Sol Online” LLC, all of which are controllers of personal information collected and processed through the Dubai Rizz App and Sites.

1. COLLECTION OF INFORMATION.
Registration Information
When you download the App and create an account (“Account”), we may collect certain information (“Registration Information”) about you, such as:

- Username;
- Email address;
- Cell number;
- Gender identity;
- Date, time, and location of birth;
- Sexual preference;
- Photographs;
- Location; and
- Login information for social media accounts that you connect to your Dubai Rizz Account (this could include, for example, your Facebook and Instagram accounts). For more information about this, see “Linking other Accounts to Dubai Rizz” in section 7 below.
Once you register, you will be able to review and change this information at any time just by logging in to Dubai Rizz (other than your date of birth and location (which, if you have given Dubai Rizz access to your location in your device settings, is automatically updated based on the location of your device)). It is your responsibility to ensure that your account details are kept up to date. If your phone number changes, please ensure that you update this in your account.
Geolocation Data Usage
Our dating app utilizes geolocation services to enhance the user experience and provide location-based features. This allows us to offer services such as “Search Near Me” to help users find potential matches in their vicinity. It’s important to understand how we collect, use, and protect your geolocation data:
Collection of Geolocation Data
• Background Service: Our app may access your device’s geolocation information in the background, even when the app is not actively in use. This enables us to continuously update your location and provide accurate results for nearby searches.
Purpose of Geolocation Data
• Location-Based Features: Your geolocation data is used to power location-based features within the app, such as “Search Near Me” and distance calculations between users.
Sharing of Geolocation Data
• With Other Users: Your current location may be shared with other users of the app when you choose to use location-based features. This allows other users to see your approximate location and find potential matches nearby.
• With Third Parties: We do not share your precise geolocation data with third parties for advertising or marketing purposes without your explicit consent.
